Mark has over 35 years of experience, of delivering quality meat products. He started off in wholesale and next thing he knew, he was running his own barbeque restaurant. Mark takes pride in overseeing his smoking process, and is excited to see the reactions of Holy Smokes customers when they first taste his quality meats, and sides. He ensures that every item Holy Smokes carry’s has his stamp of approval on it before it reaches his customers hands.
